Ebbli is a marriage and long-term relationship matchmaking platform. Our AI Connection Concierge introduces you to compatible people via WhatsApp and ebbli.co, in service of a lasting relationship. Ebbli facilitates introductions only.
1. What Is Ebbli
Ebbli is a matchmaking platform for marriage and long-term relationships. Our AI Connection Concierge learns your preferences and introduces you to compatible members via WhatsApp and ebbli.co. Ebbli also offers Meet New People, a separate, optional feature for platonic connections on WhatsApp. Ebbli facilitates introductions only — it does not arrange, chaperone, or take part in any meeting between members.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Ebbli. Matchmaking introductions are between consenting adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or introduce, anyone under 18.
3. How It Works
You share your profile and preferences with our AI concierge on WhatsApp or ebbli.co. It introduces you to members it judges compatible for marriage or a long-term relationship. An introduction does not guarantee compatibility, attraction, a successful relationship, or marriage. Ebbli does not independently verify every claim a member makes about themselves — see section 6.
4. Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, spam, harassment, hate, sexual solicitation, fraud, or sharing another member's private information without consent. Do not misrepresent your identity, relationship status, or intentions to another member. We moderate content and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Membership & Payments
Ebbli offers free and paid membership plans. A paid plan may offer additional introductions or features — it does not guarantee a match, a relationship, or marriage.
6. Meeting in Person & Safety
Beyond phone and email verification, Ebbli does not conduct background checks, criminal record checks, or in-person identity verification of members. You are solely responsible for exercising your own judgment before and during any meeting arranged through Ebbli — including verifying who you are meeting, meeting in a public place, and telling someone you trust your plans. See our Trust & Safety page for detailed guidance. If you feel unsafe or threatened, contact local authorities immediately, then tell Ebbli.
7. Disclaimer
Ebbli provides introductions only and does not guarantee the character, intentions, safety, marital status, or background of any member. Ebbli is not liable for any transaction, dispute, injury, loss, or damage arising from a connection made through Ebbli, including in-person meetings. Always meet safely and verify independently.
8. WhatsApp Business Platform
Ebbli is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta's Messaging Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
