WhatsApp messages: your phone number and messages to Ebbli, to provide matchmaking services. Processed via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.

Relationship profile: the age, gender, location, relationship goals, preferences, photo and other details you share with Ebbli to find compatible matches.

Website data: basic analytics via cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

To match you with compatible people using AI, share profiles and WhatsApp contacts with your consent, and improve matching and prevent spam or fraud. No spam.

3. Data Sharing

We only share your contact when you and the other member both explicitly agree to connect. We do not sell your data. Processors include Meta (WhatsApp), our hosting provider, and analytics providers, all under a data processing agreement.

4. Kenya Data Protection Act 2019

You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact [email protected]. We retain chats for 12 months, then anonymize them. Request deletion any time by messaging “DELETE MY DATA” to +254 119 000649.

5. WhatsApp Specific

By messaging Ebbli, you opt in to receive replies via WhatsApp. Opt out any time by replying “STOP”. Processed per WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.

6. Security & Moderation

Profiles are moderated. Report and block tools are available. Always exercise your own judgment before meeting anyone through Ebbli.
