Data deletion
Delete your account and data.
You can permanently delete your Ebbli account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This applies whether you signed up on the web, or joined through Ebbli on WhatsApp.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, right now
Sign in, go to Settings, and use Delete account under Account & safety. Type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you don't have access to the app — for example you only ever messaged Ebbli on WhatsApp and never finished signing in on the web — email [email protected] from the address or WhatsApp number on your account and ask us to delete your data. We'll confirm your identity, delete your account, and reply once it's done. We aim to complete every request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, account credentials, relationship and preference details, messages, photos, and WhatsApp conversation history tied to your account. Records we're legally required to retain (for example, a completed payment's financial record, or a safety report you were named in) may be kept as required by law, separate from your deleted profile.
