- Do not exaggerate impact. Honest measurement, even if numbers are small, builds trust.
- Protect member privacy. Never expose individual stories without permission.
- Distinguish activity from genuine outcomes. Daily active users are not the same as income earned or skills completed.
- Verify claims where possible. Use surveys, follow-up studies and third-party verification.
- Publish methodology. Explain how we measured. Let others review our work.
- Measure both intended and unintended consequences. Did our features help people or harm them in unexpected ways?
- Learn from negative outcomes. If something harmed people, we fix it and report it.
- Allow independent review. As we grow, external auditors should verify our impact claims.
Annual Impact Reports
Once we have sufficient verified data, Ebbli will publish Annual Impact Reports showing our progress across these metrics. The first report will come after we have tracked data consistently for at least one full year.
